Synopsis:  Body Contact is the second of a three-part erotic series from New York Times and USA best-selling author Cathryn Fox.

Asking pro football player Jack Rider to teach me everything he knows about sex might have seemed like a good idea at the time, but now I’m not so sure I can handle a guy like him. I thought he’d just straight up do me, ridding me of my pesky virginity sooner rather than later. But no, he had his own ideas about bringing me up to speed on sex. His two weeks of slow seduction might just be the death of me, but since he’s the one in charge, I have to play the game his way. Not that I’m not enjoying it. I am. Who wouldn’t, right? I guess I just can’t help but wonder how I’ll ever let another man touch me after him.

This is the second of a three-part series full of mind-blowing sex, featuring a dirty-mouthed football player who knows the score and an inexperienced therapist who needs to learn it. BODY CONTACT is sure to leave readers begging for more. The next installment comes September 2016.

Synopsis: Hands On is the first of a three-part erotic series from New York Times and USA best-selling author Cathryn Fox.

When hot as hell Danielle Lang showed up and asked me to teach her about sex, I thought I was hallucinating. Turns out the beautiful psychologist needed an extra bit of schooling in all things sexual so she could teach a class.

I’m always up for helping a friend. I mean, it’s the least I can do. What I wasn’t expecting is for her to turn the tables and teach me a few things. Only this short-term promise of two weeks in her bed is going by a little too quickly. Not that I’m thinking forever or anything.

I’ve got a football career to get back to. And she doesn’t want to be a part of my world. There’s no way we can be together—so I’m going to make sure I enjoy every sexy second….

This is the first of a three-part series full of mind-blowing sex, featuring a dirty-mouthed football player who knows the score and an inexperienced therapist who needs to learn it. HANDS ON is sure to leave readers begging for more. The next installment, Body Contact, will be published August 2016.

My Review of Hands On

4 Sexy A** Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

*I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest review*

This story is super Hot! I loved the storyline and the characters. There’s just something about a hot man that seems unattainable, wanting the natural, smart, somewhat nerdy girl that I love. And teaching her about sex! Yes! Please! He has a dominant side too. I’m totally into this series. I only wish this was one book, but I’m just grateful I have all the series. It would drive me crazy otherwise because Hands On leaves you wanting Body Contact ASAP! I’m reading Body Contact now and it’s just getting better folks.

Here are some super sexy Excerpts!

BODY CONTACT (Part 2 of 3 in the HANDS ON serial)

By: Cathryn Fox

“Hey,” he murmured, determined to put her at ease, to let her know that what they’d done last night was normal and nothing to be ashamed of. “How do you feel today?”

“Last night was amazing.” He stepped closer and her scent swirled around him. “You’re amazing.”

“You’re not so bad yourself,” she said, her uncertainty ebbing away as she relaxed into him.

“How was your day?”

“Busy. I did a bit of prep work for the course, and met Violet for lunch.”

Ah, Violet, the best friend who’d put her up to asking him for sexual help. “Sounds like a good day.”

Danielle held her hands together, her fingers steepled. “I hate to get too ahead of myself, but we drew up plans for my future clinic.”

Shit. His gut clenched, but he wasn’t about to burst her bubble. Then again, the house hadn’t sold yet.

“How was your day?” She frowned and looked downward. “How’s your leg feeling?”

It should have surprised him that she cared enough to ask, but for some reason, it didn’t. She was sweet, with a genuinely caring nature. “Tough therapy class this morning.”

Real concern moved over her face. “Are you okay? Come in and sit.”

He shook his head. “I’m okay, and we’re going out.”

Wanting to keep everything open and honest between them, he said, “The BDSM club I mentioned last night.”

She stiffened, her eyes wide. “Really?”

He cupped the back of her neck and stroked her nape. “Don’t worry. I’m not going to leave your side. There is nothing you have to do if you don’t want. Grayson’s is a safe place to experiment, to let go and feel. Isn’t that what this two weeks is all about?”

“I thought you might like to watch, see what goes on. It’ll be an education, of sorts. And you did seem interested in the club when I mentioned it.”

She straightened her shoulders, a new steadfastness about her. “I am interested. I want to go.” A small smile touched her mouth, and she looked over her shoulder to the empty box sitting on her coffee table. Where did she stash the ropes I’d sent her last night? She coiled her hair around her finger, a sexy move that always hardened his cock. “Should I bring the ropes?”

Growling, he pulled her hand from her hair, and her eyes widened in innocence. But she knew what she was doing to him. “Keep it up and we won’t get out of here.”

“So that’s a no to bringing the rope?”

He laughed. “That’s a no.” His gaze moved over her face, taking in the pink flush. He moved closer, pushing a knee between her legs. “They’re for here, for sometime later, when I tie you up and have my way with you.”

“Oh.” She exhaled slowly, then pushed her glasses up. Her glance flickered over his collared shirt and jeans. “What, ah…what should I wear to the club?” she asked, sounding a bit breathless.

He backed up and took in her frayed shorts a second time, and the T-shirt tucked into the waistband. “You look fine to me.”

“I feel a little underdressed. I think I’ll pull on a pair of jeans, and change my top.” She took her glasses off. “I’m going to put my contacts in, too.”

“Okay.” He stepped inside and closed the door behind him as she darted down the hall. He resisted the urge to follow and watch her change, but consoled himself with the knowledge that he’d be the one undressing her later. His cock throbbed in anticipation.

She emerged, looking sexy in her skinny jeans and lacy light blue top that brought out the color in her eyes. He spent a long moment looking at her, admiring her innocent sensuality. His thoughts careered in an erotic direction, but he marshaled his cock. Tonight was about her, not him.

“What?” she asked.

His gaze lifted to hers and he smiled. “You look beautiful,” he said. Then he frowned,  a sudden pang of jealousy hitting him like a jagged knife to his gut. “The guys at the club are going to love you.”

She stepped up to him, a smile playing on her mouth. One slender finger poked into his chest. “But I’m with you. You made it pretty clear that you own me for the next two weeks, so I’m sure no one will bother me.” Her small chuckle curled around him. “Not if they know what’s good for them.”

“Don’t worry, Danielle.” He dipped his head, his thumb brushing over her lower lip. “I’m going to take really good care of you.”

“I know.”

“No,” she said quickly. “I can’t ask that. You’re already doing enough for me, and I haven’t really done anything to pay you back. That doesn’t rest well with me.”

The fact that she never wanted to accept his help only intrigued him more. She was definitely different from other women he’d known. He smiled and ran his thumb over her bottom lip. “Tonight, you will. After all, I’ll likely be teaching you about giving a blow job. Believe me, I’ll be the one getting something out of it.” He pushed his thumb between her lips, parting them slightly. “It’s all I’ve been able to think about. Well, that and burying my mouth between your legs again. You liked that, right?” he asked, even though he knew she did. He just wanted her to think about it again, remember the pleasure he could give her.

She flushed and drew his thumb into her mouth. She sucked, her tongue swirling as her wet heat closed around him, and he damn near fucking lost it.

“Jesus, Danielle,” he said, ready to drag her to the grass, thrust inside her, and ravish the fucking hell out of her. Everything about her seduced his senses and made him forget he wanted to take things slow. Across the street, a group of women pushing strollers walked by, a few watching them with curious eyes. Did she enjoy having an audience? After their trip to the BDSM club, had she found pleasure in that kink? “What the fuck are you doing to me?”

She let go of his thumb. “Practicing.”

“I think you’ve got it.”

“Really.” Her eyes lit with innocent sensuality. “I’ve been reading about it, and last night, I tried it out.”

His cock nearly burst through his zipper. “You did? How? On what?” he asked, his muscles stiffening.

“I watched a bit of porn.” She swayed slightly, her slim hips brushing over him. “And I had this Popsicle…”

And he thought she was an innocent? No fucking way. She knew exactly what she was doing to him.

He walked up to her. “First things first. I think you’re overdressed.”

She looked down. “What do my clothes have to do with anything?”

He grabbed her hand and hauled her up. Then he pulled his phone from his pocket and swiped his finger across the screen. Her eyes went wide.

“You’re texting? Now?”

He turned on some tunes, keeping the volume low, and she stared at him, curiosity dancing in her big eyes. “You see,” he instructed, “most blow jobs start with a striptease.” He placed his phone on the nightstand and sat on the bed to watch.

She laughed and planted her hand on her hip. “You’re full of it.”

“Is that any way to talk to your teacher?”

“It is when you’re trying to trick me into stripping for you.”

“You’ve never done this before, right? So how can you say I’m lying?”

“Because I’m not an idiot.”

“Far from it,” he said, trying to keep from grinning.

“I could call Violet,” she contested.

“Or you could just strip,” he challenged right back. “Let me see your pussy.”

A pink flush raced up her neck. She stared at him for a long moment, then something in her relaxed. “Okay.” She grabbed the hem of her dress, and he nearly bit off his tongue. “But don’t think you’re getting off that easy. You’ll pay for this.”

He chuckled. “First, I’m pretty sure I will get off pretty easy, and second, I look forward to the payback.”

She rolled her eyes and tugged on her dress.

“Slowly,” he instructed, settling himself deeper into the mattress.

She moved her hips to the beat and dragged her dress up her thighs. He growled, his cock aching in his jeans. Maybe this wasn’t such a great idea, after all. Maybe he should have skipped the foreplay and let her put that sweet mouth of hers on him, once and for all.

Her dress lifted higher, showcasing sexy black panties he planned to rip from her hips. It triggered a craving unlike anything he’d ever felt before. The silky smoothness of her stomach beckoned his touch, and he sucked in a quick breath. She just might be the death of him.

One word, and like the elite athlete she was, Julia Ashland obeyed her coach’s command.

Breathing deeply, she kept her eyes focused on the timing clock affixed to the wall at the other end of the swimming arena. She wiggled her toes, the diving platform rough against the bottom of her feet, before arching her back, arms stretched wide as she fell into the abyss below.

    Legs straight.

    Toes pointed.

She smoothly brought her arms directly above her head and hit the water with the precision of a bullet piercing a target. The shock of the cool pool water washed over her as she sank from the momentum of her dive.

A couple of strong kicks turned her from hitting the bottom to heading back to the surface.

Adrenaline pumped through her veins as she stroked to the side of the pool. Hefting herself out, she walked over to the table that held her chamois.

    Now came the nerve-wracking bit—her coach’s critique.

Mick had been with her for so many years that she shouldn’t get worried about his comments. Unfortunately, she did. Even though the dive she’d executed was a warm up. A basic swan dive. A dive she’d done a million times. She felt like she’d nailed it. Mick would find something to comment on, no doubt about it.

    Arch your back more.

    Your fingers weren’t touching.

Your big toe was out of alignment.

Little things, but every one so important in the grand scheme of things. Those tiny imperfections could mean the difference between getting an 8.5 score and getting a 6.5.

The difference between a gold medal and silver medal in the Rio Olympics. Probably the last Olympics she’d attend; at twenty-four, she was considered in her prime.

Last year, riding high after a gold medal performance at the World Championships in Russia, she’d been a favorite to win gold at Rio. Now, after the scandal, her chances of winning any medal was slim.

In Between: the Novel Excerpt © Shannon Foy 2016

I was nestled on a vintage couch, tucked in a windowed corner of Average Joe’s Coffee Shop, avoiding the claustrophobic trek home out of Boston’s Financial District. I wouldn’t have noticed him had his entrance not changed the air pressure equilibrium, sending dust from the busy street into a spin around polished leather shoes. He took a quiet gaze around the room, catching my eye, prompting a weak but polite smile.

I returned to my book and took a sip from my upside-down caramel macchiato. The macchiato wasn’t upside down; it’s a preparation technique. It didn’t matter though because my curiosity was not to be distracted by coffee. I dared to sneak a peek over the horizon of my book at the tall man in a long coat placing his order and looking my way once again.

Did I have something on my face?

            Coffee on my shirt?

            Was there someone behind me?

No, Roosevelt, just you being insane.

Focus, I thought, returning to the same paragraph. Apparently the control tower lost contact with the plane.

            That was not a metaphor.

Though I tried to willfully ignore the man, he made it much more difficult to do so by pointedly sitting in the maroon armchair across from me.

            Focus on the book.

The control tower lost communication with the plane.

But there was a feeling that started at my toes and worked its way up. A buzzing pulsing through the air between us. Electrical energy connecting me to him and him to me. I found it hard to breathe. And difficult to look away.

            Say something, I encouraged myself.

Good looking guy, coffee shop—this is how romantic movies start.

It is also how stalker movies start.

It didn’t matter what scenario I was about to engage in because his phone rang, screeching common sense into me, retreating back to my book.

The control tower had lost communication with the plane.

Almost as quickly as he came in, he stormed out, nearly tearing the bell off the door as he left.

Stranger things had happened to me before.

But that was not the only time the gentleman from the maroon armchair and I would cross paths. Of course not.

After work the next day, I crossed the street once again to Average Joe’s.

“Hey, Roosevelt. What can I get for you?” asked Adrienne, the Snow White waif of a barista who always seemed to be working.

            “Upside-down caramel macchiato, please.”

            “Anything else?”

            “Not yet.”

I weaved my way through scattered seating, passing a couple playing Yahtzee. Occupying the same couch in the corner, I pulled the same book from my purse and began again at the paragraph I couldn’t get past the day before. Turns out, everyone on the plane was dead.

I will admit that I never anticipated seeing the gentleman from the maroon armchair again, but I won’t deny that I secretly wanted to be wrong. So much so that I let myself be distracted by the bell of every customer’s entrance and the shadow of every tall man walking outside.

As my coffee was delivered and as the circumstances in my book elevated my heart rate, the moment I had been waiting for arrived.

Such as before, he entered. Long coat. Polished shoes. He crossed to the counter, but this time I did not hide my intrigue. Nor did he. And just as before, he took the seat across from me.

Another polite smile—this one a bit friendlier, with a twinkle in my eye and a bite of my lip. He winked the slightest wink.

The same magnetic tension that reverberated between us the night before continued its drumming.

Adrienne, seeing our slight exchange, delivered the gentleman’s beverage, then continued to my side of the table.

“Do you need anything, Roosevelt?” she asked, eyeing me for some sort of telepathic transfer of information.

“I’m good, thanks,” I responded, wanting nothing more than my unwelcomed wingman to fly away.

And, just as before, the gentleman from the maroon armchair received a phone call.

“Hello?” he began, frustrated. Frustration turned to anger, and anger made him terrifying. His jaw tightened and his eyes fired. I swear his breathing stopped as that buzzing around us began to shudder.

“Who is that?” Adrienne whispered as he left.

“I don’t know,” I answered, watching him climb into the passenger seat of a dark car.

            “Wasn’t he meeting you here?”

“Huh. He acts like he knows you. Are you sure you didn’t make out with him at a party or something?”

            “Pretty sure.”

No, I was very sure. First, I knew the names and life stories of every man I’d ever slept with; and second, I didn’t just make out at parties.

“Well, let me know if he bothers you.”

“Yeah,” I said in a daze.

I heard a buzzing from my purse and grabbed my cell phone. I had a message from a friend of mine, Patrick.

“You know you want to meet me at that Scottish place in 15 minutes,” the message read.

“No, I don’t,” I responded. “I just had the weirdest encounter, and I want to go to the store then go home.”

“You want to tell me all about it at this restaurant while watching two hot guys play music.”

A loud band in a crowded place was the last thing I wanted. But I needed to get out of my own head.

“Fine. But you owe me a drink,” is how I replied.

A story teller and creator at heart, traversing both performing and visual arts, it is only natural for Shannon to explore a focus on literary pursuits. In Between: the novel, her debut work, is the beginning of this new adventure. She currently lives in Boise, Idaho with her fiancé and her dog, who inspire her imagination more than they’ll ever know.

“At 23 I had dollars, but life changed and made me rich. At 25 I had hundreds, but it wasn’t enough to stop my killing itch. At 27 I had thousands, but my reputation didn’t set me free. At 29 I had millions, but I met her and could finally see.”
Tasmin was killed on her 18th birthday. She had everything planned out. A psychology degree, a mother who pushed her to greatness, and a future anyone would die for. But then her murderer saved her life, only to sell her into a totally different existence.
Elder went from penniless to stinking rich with one twist of fate. His lifetime of crime and shadows of thievery are behind him but no matter the power he now wields, it’s not enough. He has an agenda to fulfil and he won’t stop until it’s complete.
            But then they meet.

            ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Dark Romance Stars

*I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest review*

OMG! Another freaking amazingly crazy good series by Pepper Winters! This book reminds me a lot of Tears of Tess. My favorite book by Pepper Winters. Although I honestly have loved every book she has written so far. There are some similarities to Tears of Tess, but it’s totally different. That might not make since but you will see. I don’t want to be a spoiler, so I’m going to be vague. This story is just what we love from this writer, it’s extremely dark, with a strong a@* female and a hotter than sin antihero, literally! You will love Elder Prest! He’s definitely not perfect by any means, but don’t we love them that way? And, Pim aka Tasmin? She’s freaking perfect. I seriously can’t wait to read more of these two! This book leaves us hanging with a cliffhanger, obviously since this is a series, but we get some small amount of satisfaction at the end, at least. But, the end will leave you wanting the second book Dollars asap! I feel it! I’m going to love this series.

            Fuck this.
            I stalked forward.
            My hand came up.
The urge to soothe her catapulted my fingers to her cheek. My skin erupted from her delicate heat. I’d already had my single touch when I’d petted her hair. I wasn’t permitted a second.
            But it didn’t stop me.
One second, she stood close, arching her chin at the door.
The next, she was across the cage, flying into a stack of boxes that tumbled in a clatter of butcher knives, butter knives, and sharp forks.
Her eyes turned luminous in the gloom, locking on mine with rage.
I’d forgotten myself by feeling sorry for this beaten wraith, but she hadn’t forgotten her overwhelming hatred of men.
I didn’t look away. But I didn’t explain myself, either.
I’d borrowed her for the night. If I wanted to touch her, I could. The fact that she’d leapt away meant I could report her to her master and have her punished.
Or you could punish her instead.
The distance between us grew thicker as we breathed fast.
I waited…wanting to know just how deep her education in pleasure flowed. Tearing her gaze from mine, she swallowed hard. Piece by piece, she hid her loathing, replacing it with reluctant acceptance.
Inching closer, her toes nudged aside sharp blades as she made her way to me and fell to her knees on the cold concrete.
Half of me jolted with insane lust. Most of me shied away with repulsion as her straggly hair covered her face but not before I saw the twisted disgust and echoing despair.
“Get up,” I murmured. Even though my voice was low, the cavern of the garage amplified it, layering it with bite.
Instantly, she swooped up. The crackle of her joints and misused cartilage in her bones sounded like tiny gunfire.
            “Don’t kneel. Not in here.”

            ☆My Review☆

            ☆☆☆☆ 4 Stars!

            * I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest review *

Another great love story by Katie Lane! This is Grayson Beaumont and Chloe’s story. In the last book in the series we meet Chloe and she was such a mystery to me that I was excited to read her story. And, Grayson, he’s the youngest Beaumont brother and the artist, and he was a bit of a mystery to me too. It’s hard to say but I think he’s my favorite Beaumont brother, but I love them all! I really loved the two books I read in this series and will be definitely reading book one that I haven’t read yet. This story has just the right amount of romance, sexiness and drama, and I couldn’t put it down. And, a wonderful HEA!

“Stay right where you are . . .”

Stretched out on the floor in front of Grayson, Chloe just felt sexy. The feeling only intensified as he took a seat and started to draw. The way he painted was twice as sensuous as the way he drew. The brush was like an extension of his hand and the canvas her body. Wherever his hot gaze landed, she felt the stroke of his brush. Her feet. Her legs. Her breasts. Her warm center. He made her feel beautiful. Breathtaking. And wicked. She now understood what being “captured on canvas”meant. Right now she was Grayson’s. For all eternity, she wanted to be . . . “Grayson’s.”She didn’t realize she had spoken until his hand halted in mid-brushstroke. His gaze found hers, and he dropped the brush and slowly rose from the stool and looked down at her with hungry eyes. She remained perfectly still. A willing sacrifice on the altar of Grayson . . . “Who told you that I’ve bedded hundreds of women?”“No one had to tell me.

If you make the other women you paint feel the way I do, it just makes sense.”Grayson lifted his head, and his eyes drilled right through her. “How do I make you feel, Chloe?”It was past sexual attraction. Past anything she had ever felt with another man. But she couldn’t tell him that. Not when she was leaving. So instead of answering, she leaned in and kissed him. She kissed him with everything she had. Without breaking the kiss, he stood and pulled her up with him. The warmth of his body spooned around her made her feel warm and secure, and she closed her eyes and drifted. She was in that place between wakefulness and dreamland when he whispered. “You’re wrong, Chloe. You’re the only woman I can’t resist . . .”

            Author: Stephie Walls

            Genre: Adult, Romance

            Published: September 29, 2014

Cameron Pierce is an overachiever—CEO of Regional Bank, force to be reckoned with in the Boardroom, and beautiful to boot. At 24, an earth-shattering event set her life goals. But is she fulfilled? Idolized by those around her she’s—kind, forceful, intelligent, driven, and successful. Cam is surrounded by close friends and consumed by her career.

At first glance, Dax Cooper appears to be a playboy—carefree, cocky, arrogant, and devoid of intelligent thought but sexy with a face and a body that drive women crazy. Cameron believes in this façade when he continually manages to walk right past her gatekeeper with constant interruptions. He is everything she doesn’t like in a male. Unlike Cam, Dax has walked away from a talent and a life that had been his passion in exchange for family and friends. Unmotivated by money and a career, he too is embarking on change.

Tragedy strikes Cameron for the second time in her life. Attacked by a stranger, in an instant, her life, her psyche, and the essence of her being appear to be permanently scarred at best. If she survives the physical injuries, will she survive the mental trauma?

Metamorphosis is the story of a woman’s struggle to regain her confidence and repair her shattered life following a random, brutal attack. With the help of the man she had pushed away, she chooses the path that she will follow for the rest of her life. She undergoes a metamorphosis—not by choice but by the will to survive.

The first time I met Chase Parker, I didn’t exactly make a good impression.
I was hiding in the bathroom hallway of a restaurant, leaving a message for my best friend to save me from my awful date.
He overheard and told me I was a bitch, then proceeded to offer me some dating advice.
So I told him to mind his own damn business—his own tall, gorgeous, full-of-himself damn business—and went back to my miserable date.
When he walked by my table, he smirked, and I watched his arrogant, sexy ass walk back to his date.
I couldn’t help but sneak hidden glances at the condescending jerk on the other side of the room. Of course, he caught me on more than one occasion, and winked.
When the gorgeous stranger and his equally hot date suddenly appeared at our table, I thought he was going to rat me out.
But instead, he pretended we knew each other and joined us—telling elaborate, embarrassing stories about our fake childhood.
My date suddenly went from boring to bizarrely exciting.
When it was over and we parted ways, I thought about him more than I would ever admit, even though I knew I’d never see him again.
I mean, what were the chances I’d run into him again in a city with eight million people?
                Then again…
What were the chances a month later he’d wind up being my new sexy boss?

                “Sorry, I wasn’t looking where—”
                I froze.
The sight of Chase standing there was almost enough to knock me over. I’d secretly hoped to see him, yet never thought I actually would. What are the chances? I did a double take, sure I was seeing things. But it was him all right, in the flesh. And what flesh it is. Standing there shirtless and wet—wearing nothing but a pair of low-slung swim trunks—he had me stuttering. Literally.
                “Ch…Ch…Ch—” I couldn’t get the word out.
Of course, Chase didn’t miss a beat. He smirked and leaned in. “You do a cute train impression, Buttercup.”
                He remembers me.
I shook my head, attempting to snap myself out of it. But it was no use. He was so tall, and I was so short, I had no choice but to stare at his body. Water trickled down his abs. I was mesmerized watching it speed up and slow down as it crossed the rippled lines of his six-pack. Damn.
I cleared my throat and finally spoke. “Chase.”
I was pretty freaking proud of myself for getting that much out. He had a towel slung around his neck and lifted it to dry off his dripping hair, revealing even more flesh. His pectoral muscles were carved and perfect. And—oh, my God…is that… Holy shit. It is. His nipples were cold and erect, and one of them was….was…pierced.
